~A Trip To The Zoo Day.

One of the finest things about a large family is that there is never a lack of people to get together with!

This past Saturday we packed the big red van with all the Clan still at home, along with Wesley, Josie, Maggie and little Georgie (Claire stayed behind with Eleanor) and headed off to the city, for a day at the zoo, and a picnic (complete with bread and cheese, rotisserie chickens, potato salad, coleslaw, and fruit for dessert!) at the playground.
Later we came home and had a fire and roasted hot dogs over it...
It was a wonderful day, albeit a bit hot and sticky.
~~~
Life has been the same~which means always different.
We have been out in the garden, taking long walks, cooking, sewing, knitting, swimming, and the fellows all busy with work ~summer is such a very busy time, so much is happening!
Anyway, here are the photos from our busy day.
Of to the Zoo we go!
This was so neat, it was made of tiles...
Josie brought her baby.
  2. Beautiful, Rosie!
    I LOVE the photo of Josie with her baby Rosie on her back. What a precious girl. And I like the one of Wesley and Joe flanking all the little ladies by the aquarium...sweet.
    You are very blessed.
    Love to you all!
