Homemade Cream Cheese

Here is my recipe for easy to make cream cheese, that we all love here!

First, you line a colander with a clean dish cloth.

Set over a bowl to let the whey drain into, and pour in the yogurt.

Let the yogurt sit for about 6-8 hours.

Gather up the sides, tie together and hang up somewhere, over a bowl or the sink (we hang ours in the kitchen over the sink, as you can see).

Let it hang overnight, open it in the morning, mix in whatever you want to, nut, spices, dried fruit, or spices and enjoy!

Serve on toast, bread, bagels or crackers.
