after the weekend. end of summer.

Hello! We had a busy weekend. Saturday we went to the town "old-time" fair to celebrate the town's birthday. And Sunday we celebrated my niece Maggie's birthday. 

The weather dropped from a hot and muggy 85+ degrees last week to a chilly 63 degrees this morning. I'm not going to lie, these cold mornings have been pretty great, especially since it warms up by the afternoon. 

One of the best things about staying at my dad's house are the shared breakfasts and big family dinners. It's been really nice starting and ending the day around the table. 

Adam is off again traveling for work this week and will be back for the weekend. We have Piper Mae's big birthday celebration on Monday. Her official birthday is on Tuesday, and here's a little throwback to her baby days for you.
