winter wonderland

Happy Friday! This week was a busy one, starting on Monday with going to pick up a Ball Python (who's now living upstairs and goes by the name of Pokey), and ending today with trying on my bridesmaid's dress for my friend Alyson's wedding, and a MOPS meeting.
We still have lots of snow and cold, but instead of complaining about it I'm trying to take advantage of the lovely photos it makes.

We actually don't really have any plans for the weekend. Maybe a trip to the pet store tomorrow and that's about it. With all this snow and cold we've basically been hibernating on the weekends, making it so I honestly can't wait for Spring. We are already planning gardens and pouring over seed catalogs-please tell me I'm not the only one?

January is such a long, cold month and I'm trying hard to stay busy, even though there is not really all that much to do. I went to the store with Adri the other day and we stocked up on art supplies. It seems that the top favorite inside activities around here are play doh, drawing/coloring, baths (sometimes three a day!), reading, and playing with these.

Have a wonderful weekend!
