Friday Favorites

One| Adam started some seedlings the other night. Spring is on it's way and we can't wait!

Two| this silly little bird. To be honest things have been rough since the move. Lots of late night/early mornings and more than a couple temper tantrums. She's like the little girl in the nursery rhyme. "When she is good she is very, very good, but when she is bad she is horrid".

Three| see? So very very good ;)

Four| this tub. We love it. Lots and lots of baths have been happening lately.

Five| these book shelves are so great. One of the little things I barely noticed until after we moved but now are one of my favorite corners.

Six| Marvel's new Iron Fist. Adam and I have been making our way an episode or two every night. SO good.

Seven| the Bump. I'm 17 weeks today! Baby is kicking and moving like mad. Not very strong kicks, but enough to let me know there's a little person in there waiting patiently to get out in a few months.

Eight| another Bump photo. Baby likes to hang out on the right side. When I lay on my back it's so funny to look down and see a lopsided belly!

Nine| yesterday while the little sisters were over we made a bird feeder to hang in front of the big kitchen window. The birdies have already been visiting it and it's so exciting!

Ten| yummy food. I made my 15 Minute Shepherd's Pie this past week out of all our leftovers. So quick and a favorite around here. Tip. Make enough filling for two and toss the second in the freezer for next time you have leftover mashed potatoes. Pull out of the freezer and you have dinner basically already made!

Eleven| my current favorite drink. Hot coffee, with warm milk whisked in, a bit of sugar and a sprinkle of cinnamon and nutmeg, Delicious.

Yay for Friday! I have work tomorrow and after that I plan on taking things easy. Family dinner on Sunday and other than that nothing else planned. I think I'm still recovering from the move, as much as I hate to say it but it's true. Being pregnant and moving is no joke--and I've done it twice (only thankfully the first time it was not out of the building and we had much less stuff).

Have a wonderful weekend and I'll be back on Monday!

P.S. If you've been missing Friday Links it's because I've started just posting them throughout the week as I find them online. You can find them on my Facebook page, here.

    1. I forgot to include the link to it! Here's the recipe: http://www.rosierambles.com/2016/07/fifteen-minute-shepherds-pie.html

The house is huge, actually much bigger then we need. It has 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms. I didn't realize until we moved in quite how big it really is!
