our weekend: birthday, book sale and baby.

{lots of delicious coffee}
On Sunday Posie woke me up wayyyy too early, I took her out to Daddy (who was already awake), and then went back to sleep for about an hour. I awoke to my man handing me coffee and a steak and egg bagel. See? He's pretty much perfect ;)

Back to Friday, when the little sisters came over and hung out.

On Wednesday, getting ready to head out to run errands.

Saturday morning. Cuddling in bed with my Wee One.

That face. Those eyes.

Adri kept pulling dvds off the self, so we just put a bunch of her board books in the front, and out-smarted her.

Saturday afternoon, hanging out with Julia. Wine, pizza, and a movie.

Saturday we also went shopping, and stopped at Toys R Us to use a gift card we had. We got a couple games and a new softie for Adri.

Also on Saturday, the library book sale! We found some good stuff.

Sunday night. Little sister turns ten! Mac and cheese, red velvet cake, and (some of) the family together.

Now it's Monday. My babe was up a lot last night, teething (she has a new one coming in). We woke up at 5:30 am and now I'm having the great debate of whether or not to have coffee. I'm leaning toward not, and hoping she'll fall back to sleep again soon, and then I can do the same.

So there it is. Our busy weekend, well, busy past few days.
Have a lovely Monday!

  4. Great weekend!

Is the littlest sister 10? Unbelievable, but then my littlest is going to be eleven this year! Don't blink - Posie will be 10 before you know it!

Sorry she's having trouble with teething. I had a few that way, and a few that didn't have any issues teething.

    Have a great day!

  8. Kim, I love Euell Gibbons books. I used to read them a lot when I lived at home (my mom has a bunch), and this is the first one I have found. I was SO excited!
No, I don't have an amber necklace for Adri :( I really should get her one though.

  9. Deanna, yes, I know. It's crazy! They do grow SO fast. Adri seems to be doing pretty good overall with the teething, better than some babies I've heard of, lol. Still, it's no fun :(
