Back again.

After a lovely two week vacation, a very merry Christmas, and a happy New Year, I'm finally back in Vermont again!
I had a great time visiting the family in Wesleytown, and a wonderful time down by the coast visiting family and friends in New England.
Although the weather was a bit chilly (in New England), we did manage to fit in a trip to the ocean, and some strolls around a few historic places.

We were hit with a big storm the last couple days that I was there, and I was glad that it cleared up before I had to make the trek back here {oh, and didn't snow until I a had time to take a few photos of the ocean!}.

On another note. Going into the New Year, I found a few good quotes (below) and this rather good article, here

“For last year's words belong to last year's language
And next year's words await another voice.”

“The object of a New Year is not that we should have a new year. It is that we should have a new soul and a new nose; new feet, a new backbone, new ears, and new eyes. Unless a particular man made New Year resolutions, he would make no resolutions. Unless a man starts afresh about things, he will certainly do nothing effective.”

“Each New Year, we have before us a brand new book containing 365 blank pages. Let us fill them with all the forgotten things from last year—the words we forgot to say, the love we forgot to show, and the charity we forgot to offer.”
