~:A Birthday Celebration....

Stan Lee and Nicholai's birthdays fall within just a few days of each other, and so we celebrated them both on one day.

We set the table, and made a meal of mushroom soup, sausage and peppers, homemade rolls, oven roasted potatoes, and steamed asparagus.

Everyone gathered 'round...

On another day....evening creating....

With a cozy couch in the corner.

  2. Oh, I want to come to your house!

My son's twenty-second birthday is tomorrow. We usually have a birthday-Thanksgiving celebration but he will be gone on his birthday AND Thanksgiving this year.

It will be just the two of us and Victoria (our infamous Maine Coon kitty).

Very different than your world but still good... quieter by far.

I love it when I see you have a new blog post. :)

  4. Happy birthday to the boys! Have I ever mentioned how I love the look of your dining table? Wood is SO lovely! We have a wooden table ourselves, but it's usually covered with a stain-proof tablecloth, for the little ones' art work.
