Book Review: Live Lagom (simple, mindful living)

Lagom for the Swedish is not just a mindset-it's a way of living. Very similar to hygge, it's about slowing down, simplifying, and taking in the beauty around us.
Anna Brones, the author of the book, is of Swedish descent (her mother is Swedish) and she knows first hand what the meaning of lagom really is.

We, as Americans, tend to pride ourselves with staying busy, always having work, socializing, and everything else waiting for us. We keep our plates full, and for most of us that represents "life". Lagom is about the less-is-more concept. It's about doing one thing at a time, and not always being busy.
This book is a perfect introduction into this mindset (that I believe we would all do well in practicing more of) and I found that it's smaller size makes it perfect for sticking in my bag and taking with me.

I highly recommend this book to anyone that is looking into a more balanced, simple, and slow way of living.
