Sunday Afternoon.

::Beef steak with onions and garlic cooking in the crock-pot.

::Making up two big batches of hummus {for the week}. Roasted red pepper and garlic.

::Catching up on washing laundry.

::Putting new strings on my guitar.

::Giving my car a much-need wash.

::Starting a new batch of kombucha brewing.

::Browsing through this cookbook.

::Watching episodes of Little Paris Kitchen on YouTube~Cassoulet Soup? Yes, please!

::Enjoying these good quotes:

“It is our choices, Harry, that show what we truly are, far more than our abilities.”

“I like nonsense, it wakes up the brain cells. Fantasy is a necessary ingredient in living.”

"I love deadlines. I love the whooshing noise they make as they go by.”

“We don't see things as they are, we see them as we are.”

::Planning on taking a nice long walk later on-that is, if the rain holds off.

::Sorting through my way-too-long-neglected knitting projects.

::Listening to this lovely music {that I heard about thanks to Sarah}.

  2. Lovely post as always.

    I brought up the music on YouTube for my husband to see. He introduced me to Mantovani soon after we were married.

    He's not a huge fan of classical music so this was a lovely compromise. It is also a favorite song. :)

  3. I just read that Harry quote last night! It's a very good thought to soak in a little. Hummus, yes. With peppers? Wow! Sounds amazing. Happy to visit your space as usual. :)
