friday links+a couple good blogs+a question.

Hey, it's Friday! Not that my week is over, by any means. Adam and I both have work tomorrow. Sigh.

One the bright side, Friday Links are back, and I have a few good ones for you!

+it's sweet corn time soon (you can buy in stores already, but not locally), and I'm so looking forward to it! This recipe looks soooo good.

+as someone who loves to sew, and has probably made each of these mistakes more than once, I thought this was a pretty handy list.  Who wants their clothes to LOOK homemade? I don't know about you, but definitely not me...

+15 Toys You Can Make With Cardboard. There are some really cute ideas here.

+this is funny. And true. Which is what makes it funny. 10 Signs You Decorate Like A New Englander.

+like I've said before, we've been eating a lot of salads lately. And I really love ranch dressing. Amanda has a really good recipe for it here.

+i just recently discovered Claire's blog, this little house.  I've been reading through it, and if you haven't been before, head over for a visit. She has lovely words, and pictures. and the cutest two little boys, ever!

+oh, and if you're looking for another good read. Here the link to Katie Elizabeth. There's a bunch of good recipes, and fun stuff over there!

Okay. My question. I'm stumped on what to get Adam for Father's Day. I ordered Avatar for him, on Blue-Ray/3D (one of his top 5 fav movies),  and I always make him calamari. But I really wanted to get him something else. It doesn't have to be big, or anything. Does anyone have any ideas? Please? I need help over here, and my mind has gone b l a n k.

So, that's it. Adri are and I are heading out on our morning walk, and then we have Storytime at the library, and I have a house to clean. Annnnd, depending on how my morning goes, maybe head over to visit Julia for a bit.

Have a wonderful weekend!
